In this lesson, we will discuss the various relationships an athlete may have, parent, coach, and teammates, and how these relationships can impact our performance. This lesson includes the many setbacks and challenges an athlete may face, such as having a bad coach, getting cut from your team, and more. Most importantly, you will learn how to mentally manage these hardships in a healthy way through various techniques and practices.
